      Pros

      It depends on the department and people you work with, but as for me my collegues are all approachable and nice. I learned things specially everything is done manually. Just that!

      Cons

      1. Doesn't compensate much. 2. Job Offer is a bluff! 3. No HMO! 4. Salary is delayed and including 13th month. 5. Stressful and people outside our department are not easy to talk too. 6. Soo many backlogs. I could go on with their cons if I may.

      Pros

      There are no pros to this company as all benefits or "pros" are just ammunition for this company to be used against you. If I could rate a 0, I would.

      Cons

      1. Patience will be tested. 2 Integrity will be asked to be compromised. 3. System that is inconsistent at best and non-existing at worst (From the CEO to the lowest level) 4. Staff Engagement is pitiful (No employee engagements even year end events ironically) 5. Environment and Egos are extremely toxic and an unsafe space (From top to bottom) 6. Revolving Door of employees due to high turnover (est. 100%-200%+) Overall: I will never recommend someone to work here as going through the application, interview and then working here will be a huge time sinker and effort waster.
