Pros

Thank you for posting the pros & cons. I don't ever want to pretend we are perfect. The business started in 2019 but became a 3 person shop by 2021. Now as I write this post, we are around 47 people total. I am committed to making this model the best it can be and have invested a lot into developing leadership, infrastructure, internal technology to empower our recruiters. We are just now entering the 10M+ revenue range and our systems and processes are continuously improving. I am committed to having a great culture, and our mission has been to deliver for our clients and provide the most rewarding economic model for recruiters. Both are lofty goals, but I see us constantly delivering and improving on these two objectives. I welcome your feedback (internal & external) and will seek to take action to improve based on your feedback.

Cons

I think some of the cons of our environment are that we are still a start up building processes, policies, & procedures. For the right people, we have a very unique opportunity where you can be a part of forming and creating what we believe will be the future agency recruiting model. However, for some people, not having a traditional W2 employer relationship is not a fit and not having extreme structure like other agencies also doesn't work well for most recruiters. But for those disciplined, self-actualizing, and motivated, we provide an ever-improving platform and fantastic community for those we make sense of and seek to identify and serve.

Pros

Excellent model for producers with uncapped earning potential (high commission structures), clear and transparent track to partnership, running your own business with the support of a collaborative and talented team. You have the flexibility and autonomy to run your desk without the micromanagement from a traditional W-2 staffing environment. Very supportive and talented back office and accounting team who are always on top of things, juggling a million things but always prompt when answering queries from candidates, clients and recruiters. Commissions being paid on real time, full transparency on company's financials.

Cons

There are still growing pains as with all growing companies, but Will Spengler, our founding partner, always try to find innovative ways for clear and concise reporting. Ruby App is turning out to be spectacular. I know we are also improving areas on marketing and social media presence.

Pros

Strong sense of community with leadership working to drive improvements constantly. Great resources and benefits provided for infrastructure and back office support.

Cons

Not for the beginner in the field as you need to figure out your own way that works within the group.
