      Pros

      Some really sweet nice customers I have gotten to know over the years. That is it.

      Cons

      Sexually Harassment is reported but nothing is ever done. Management lies to the customers all the time. IF your manager get mad at you they "punish" you by cutting your hours, with no explanation as to why. 2 of the upper management are perverts, I mean really gross.

      Job can be fun and interesting Always something new to learn Lots of personal fulfillment as a manager when things go right

      Cons

      Unsupportive upper management Toxic work culture, unpaid overtime is rewarded and even expected or forced, even to the tune of multiple weeks in a row with no days off when you are salaried. They claim to support work life balance but even the smallest effort to set boundaries is heavily punished. Not paid as much as we should be for everything we have to do and deal with
