The premise of the charity is great. The volunteers are amazing people and are the backbone of the entire charity. They really aren't shown enough appreciation.

The charity is very poorly organised despite its funding and has no written policies on its goals, mission, or aim. On top of that, it is an absolutely horrible working environment which is pretty shocking as the team only consists of three people. You can go weeks without hearing from your supervisor and you will definitely face blatant discriminatory treatment if you happen to be a person of colour. Otherwise, the role is very isolated and thankless so make sure you hold them accountable!
