      Supportive and professional team who care about each other, the candidates and the clients.

      Cons

      In any recruitment role it's hard to manage the timing of things so can eat into personal time but the firm knows that and is really flexible

      Pros

      The team is genuinely great and overall, collaborative. Good exposure to various industries and clients.

      Cons

      Little to no room for growth. Leadership makes drastic decisions like layoffs but then continues to hire. There is a big disconnect with UK headquarters and US operations.
