      CEO, parents, sneaky, gossip, no proper structure after director left, now everyone is back to not being held accountable because the ceo is a people pleaser.

      Pros

      Teachers and staff are amazing. Working with children is fun, but the adult program is magnificent. Found so many lifelong friends among the adult participants. Highly recommend.

      Most jobs must be onsite. Highly regulated industry (childcare especially] can bring stress at times
