Pros
Its a job! People get their training her then move on to better paying companies. Its a great startingh place in the paint or retail industry. How ever, most people are either in college and just working for the money, which is about minimum wage. when they graduate, they usually move on. The othe group usually get thei experience and then move on to the competition and almost double their salary.
Cons
They don't care about thier employees. They do however outshine benefits and pay to Corporate personnel. If you work in the store locations, you are not expected to have a social or personal life. The corporate peersonal believe they are royalty and everyone else are but servants.
