Pros

Fraud Deflect is a place where every employee truly feels valued. New ideas and creative, outside‑the‑box thinking are encouraged at every level, which makes the work both energizing and meaningful. Collaboration is a genuine part of the culture — teams share information freely, support one another, and come together for effective group problem‑solving. It’s an environment that brings out the best in people and makes you feel part of something bigger. All the teamwork and creativity benefits our customers and sets us apart from our competitors. It helps us develop smart, flexible solutions and allows us to roll them out quickly. The way people work together here brings out everyone’s best ideas and leads to results that genuinely make a difference.

Cons

One thing that could be considered a "con", depending on the individual, is that a startup pace is not for everyone. Things move quickly, priorities shift, and not everything is fully defined or neatly processed. If you’re uncomfortable with ambiguity or prefer a more structured, predictable environment, the fast‑moving, constantly evolving nature of a startup is probably not a good fit. The other potential con would be the benefits package. As with most startups, a basic benefits package is offered (medical, dental, vision). If you're used to working for a large corporation, do not expect the same benefits that you are familiar with (life insurance, 401(k) + match, etc.). However, if feeling valued and being able to contribute ideas and make a difference in a company are important to you, the smaller benefits package is definitely worth the trade off! I truly love logging into work every day.
