      Pros

      Loved the atmosphere and everyone including management was very friendly. As a seasonal worker, I was created very well. The company seems to promote a lot from within but I understand that not every seasonal employee is that lucky.

      Cons

      I had to learn really fast. I wish there was more time for training.

      HR & Culture: Challenging internal HR dynamics that detract from the team environment. Corporate Disconnect: Leadership strategies from corporate that don't effectively align with daily operations. Burnout Risk: An unsustainable workload and high-stress environment. Growth Ceiling: Clear stagnation in career progression once you reach a management level.
