      Co-workers were amazing for the most part.

      Cons

      Management was HORRIFIC. They talk about being family yet when a family emergency occured, they reward you by firing you with NO reason. Ops manager doesn't have a clue and the techs were always frustrated.

Corporate Disconnect: Leadership strategies from corporate that don't effectively align with daily operations. Burnout Risk: An unsustainable workload and high-stress environment. Growth Ceiling: Clear stagnation in career progression once you reach a management level.
