Pros

Any pros are outweighed by the cons

Cons

Horrible ED who has her favorites, favoritism shown by lower management as well, no one listens to ideas, the work culture is very cliquey in the offices, and if they don’t like you they will force you out.

Pros

- Supporting clients who are in need of help because the company doesn’t give a fly. - seven years of being employed by Fraser, always stayed for the clients needs because they don’t seem to care too much. - if you’re generous and want to support all out, you’ll eventually burnt out but good luck.

Cons

- Bad management - Lacks care of the individuals supported - Individuals with developmental disabilities are treated as liars even if it’s true - Individuals conditions of living are very bad - Staff can only do so much but if the management are failing their own clients how far can staff go alone - paid way below minimum wage - lacks safety measures
