      Pros

      1. No serious work experience is required. In interview not much was asked 2. You can go to office anytime from 10 AM to 1 PM but must devote 8 hours everyday 3. A lot of snacks and a nice kitchen 4. Nice colleagues

      Cons

      No growth or challenges.. pay is also less. Sometimes you have to make callings to complete strangers from your own phone. You have to leave office at 8 PM most of the times
