Cons
It is difficult to list or explain all the cons of working here. They fire people for kicks, base bonuses off whether the boss thinks you are attractive, and staff are expected to do personal tasks and errands for the boss outside of work hours. There are many sub groups within the office, each of which are very judgmental, and talk trash about the other. There are a few people who have worked here forever who have total control of everything, and whether you have a good week or not depends entirely on their mood swings. They will be nice to your face, then talk badly behind your back. Only attorneys get free lunch, but that is because they are expected to not take a lunch break. If you are an attractive woman, you can get away with a lot. If you're an attractive man and you are willing to be nice to the office manager who has been there a long time, you'll be favored. If not, you'll be fired or picked on by tenured employees until you want to quit. Your mental health will suffer. The gossip and rumor mill is like none I have ever seen. This place is the blind leading the blind.
