      Pros

      The pay was good, but that was about it.

      Cons

      Never on time, never gave me the correct schedule so I would show up 3-5 hours early and just wait around without getting paid. I was also not paid for the last month of work.

      owner is nice. but aloof as hell.

      Cons

      not an actual general contractor. can't manage a project to save his life. if he says he's subcontracting labor out, he's lying, while still charging you a finder's fee.
