Pros

I can't think of anything meaningful to write.

Cons

In the last 6 months, practically everyone who knew the architecture and understood y the product are gone (COO, VP Engineering, multiple product managers, and now the co-founder/CTO). Everyone is burnt out, the culture has become so exhausting, I can't think of anyone who wants to stay.

Pros

- Great innovative culture, the organisation is constantly shifting and looking for new opportunities and ways to improve. Very fun tech start-up culture and AI-focused. - Awesome workspace (Stone and Chalk) with good facilities and a warm, welcoming office team. - Definitely fast-growing with great financial performance, you get to deal with challenging situations with a great sense of achievement when you complete your duties. Great vision from the CEO high level.

Cons

- Very, very high attrition rates. You will see old employees exiting the business and new ones coming in every week/fortnight. - The organisation is managed quite poorly with lots of knowledge gaps, missing procedures and unclear business objectives. However, the pressure is cascaded down to each employee, who is held to high expectations. I think we have trouble effectively converting vision into business objectives. - Very often, you speak to someone in the team and they have no idea what is required to complete their part of the process, even after they have worked here for 9 months. There is an unbelievably large amount of repeated work and items that fall through cracks, especially across departments.
