Awful! - PIP Claims Adjuster Frankenmuth Insurance Employee Review

Several employees have left in recent months due to the horrible work environment. The management likes to “cycle” employees and replace them every few years. They do this by giving poor QA scores, even though the adjusters are handling the files appropriately. The work load is not sustainable and they do NOT have your back. Micromanagement is so bad and no matter what you do, they will find something you did wrong. I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy. Run from this place!!!! There are much better companies out there that will treat you right. Also, don’t be fooled by the other reviews on this site…. Management suggested that all employees give good reviews so it can help with recruiting new employees to get them help with the caseloads.
