      Pros

      The people that work here have been so kind to me since I started. Management does a great job in making new employees feel welcome and like they are an important part of the team. They also care about your workload and are always asking if you need any assistance. Work life balance is important to them and they are flexible with letting you have time when needed to do the things that you need to do.

      Cons

      It has been somewhat difficult to get to know people working remote and some days I feel less engaged, but that's just part of working remote and it can feel that way at any company.

      Pros

      Really great people. Lots of opportunities and company loyalty. Company really tries to do the right things to support staff and clients.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. First year with the company has been great!

      Pros

      Great pto, flex schedule, that's it

      Cons

      Overworked, all adjusters aren't licensed, workload is extremely heavy, no training for position just kinda winging it. Horrible management
