      Free cookies, donuts, and fruit. Two paid breaks per day. Leave early on Fridays. The company is financially stable. No layoffs in history. The company is always growing.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than market, especially for IT jobs. The conservative atmosphere can slow the company down at times.

      Really great people. Lots of opportunities and company loyalty. Company really tries to do the right things to support staff and clients.

      I can't think of any. First year with the company has been great!

      Great pto, flex schedule, that's it

      Cons

      Overworked, all adjusters aren't licensed, workload is extremely heavy, no training for position just kinda winging it. Horrible management
