I started my insurance career about 30 years ago, and for the past 20+ years I've been employed at Frankenmuth Insurance. I continue to choose to work here for many reasons, but overall it is due to the quality and character of the people I work with. For the most part, individuals employed here are dedicated and smart, committed to putting forth their best efforts. Over the years I have witnessed many talented individuals be promoted to areas of greater responsibility. Frankenmuth Insurance continually invests in their workforce. Career opportunities are enhanced by encouraging employee to pursue insurance designations (free of cost), participate in free onsite workshops, as well as take part in a college tuition reimbursement program. The Wellness committee promotes activities throughout the year designed to inspire us to live healthy lifestyles too. My personal experience has been positive, and I feel my work is valued and appreciated.
