Great leadership, generous pay and benefits, great team enviornment, overall, a great place to work! II love working at FrankCrum. I've been with the company for almost 3 years and just recently referred a friend who will also begin working in the Benefits department next week.

Pros

I have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented and dedicated professionals in the industry, and I can confidently say this organization stands out as one of the best. What makes this company special is not just what we do, but how we do it. There is a genuine commitment to both employees and clients that you don’t often see elsewhere. Leadership here truly cares and, more importantly, listens. Feedback is valued, and you can see real effort put into evolving and improving the organization. As the company continues to grow, it has remained grounded in its core values—something that is becoming increasingly rare in this industry. While many organizations shift priorities, this one has stayed true to what matters most: people, integrity, and long-term relationships. The benefits team, client experience team, and payroll team are exceptional. They are not only highly knowledgeable and experienced, but also some of the most caring individuals you will find. Their dedication to supporting both employees and clients sets a high standard and makes a meaningful difference every day.

Cons

While the overall experience is very positive, one area for improvement would be the PTO policy. Enhancing it to be more competitive with the broader industry would make an already great workplace even better.
