      - Great people... Cannot emphasize that enough - Quality clientele, predominantly all venture backed

      Cons

      - Lower than market pay for staff and mid-management - Elements of an old school narrow-minded accounting firm (better than big 4) - Dress code is stricter than most places

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
