      FR+Co goes out of their way to invest in their employees and keep them satisfied. Work-life balance and flexibility are excellent for public accounting, and co-workers are very supportive of each other.

      Less resources than a bigger firm for learning and development

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
