Pros
Fun culture (lots of firm-sponsored social events), light hearted atmosphere, and great first job out of college (get to try out different departments before choosing).
Cons
Some of the smaller departments, by nature, don't have as much priority in the eyes of the partners. Turnover in these groups have a significant impact on the employees and clients, making it difficult for the partners to ensure continuity. At times, I felt as though better decisions could have been made to keep the right people.
