      Pros

      I gained invaluable technical experience and professional growth during my time at Frank, Rimerman. The tax department has a great reputation with a plethora of people to learn from. Also, Brian (the managing partner) is a great leader.

      Cons

      Busy season can be a grind, but not any more so than other public accounting firms.

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
