      People (for the most part) are at the heart of everything they do, minus the big con.

      Cons

      They are incredibly short on paying up and economically supporting their human resources. No promotions on merit, only time/tenure.

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
