      Pros

      Work life balance, team work and management who believe in you and give you room to succeed. Plentiful training both technically and soft skills. Great office space.

      Cons

      Commuting in the Bay Area can be a con but this is not necessarily Frank Rimermans fault. They are flexible with home office assignments and have rolled out video conferencing to limit the need to commute to other offices for meetings.

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
