Very positive work culture. Lots of support for junior staff and learning opportunities. Project diversity.

Pay may be less than at other firms, especially larger firms. Firm grew quickly and lacked support staff, systems and processes to fully support staff. Changes are underway though.

Friendly coworkers and a flexible work structure with three days in the office.

In between transitioning into something slightly more corporate, so systems and structure are a work in progress.
