Cons
1. According to me the first company ever who has decided how many times you can go to washroom in a day. (They give only 75 mins to you either you can invest this time for break or for lunch or to go to washroom, and by the curse of Fate if you got Loose motions they you will loose your full day salary in-spite of working 4-5 hrs a day) also if had exceeded 1 min then you are going to loose your half day salary even if working for 8-9 hrs a day. 2. Incredible to spoil career of an individual by paying least in market. And bounding him to work by giving lots of hypothetical benefits which does not even comes to a ground. 3. From last 6-7 months they didn't get any new clients but the company is MNC now. because they didnt focuses to grow their established business but the seeking of money drew then in foreign , spending lots and lots of money on the name of investment and when it comes for increment they open their mouth shamelessly that HAVE SOME PATIENCE and use to repeat to same lines for 5-6 months. 4. It is SIN for you if you had ever asked for arrears. 5. Most amazing feature of francisacan that you can't use your mobile phones in company premises even if there is an medical urgency at your home. 6. No sense of responsibility for employees treat them worse than a labor sitting at roadside. 7. Moreover there is a slight correction in above mentioned reviews about spy cameras that they are not only spy cameras but that cameras are inclusive of microphones. Our Chairman loves to use abusive voice of employees which comes from their deep inside heart for the management, and management is in a hunt to coll such employees who even laughs for a min. 8. Franciscan Solutions launches a new venture "FRANCISCAN SOLUTIONS BUS SERVICES *only for employees"........the company is shifted at a new location where you rare got a single person to be visible other than your office collegues....an area where local peoples avoid to roam outside after 6 P.m 9. Does'nt matter either you are on a profile of developer or tester or an office boy you are supposed to visit the client side whenever it is needed on your own expenses and you are supposed to submit that expense within 3 days (if you missed by doing so you are going to lose that money) and that expense if gets cleared within months then thinks yourself to be the lukiestt on the planet. 10. Paid compulsory trainings for those employees who hardly get 10k-12k per month. and if deny for trainings then you will got a straight warning from Managing Director that you will be fired from your job. 11.
