      Their pay is higher than most similar type of tutoring jobs. They provide all the lessons. You are paid for prep and company meetings. Management is responsive to your needs.

      Cons

      Getting tutoring assignments is on a first come, first served basis which makes it hard for those who work full time to get tutoring slots.
