Nothing. Owner Rajesh Turakhia have another level of attitude and no empathy towards his employees. He didn't even have trust on his own employee who are working him from years. Very money minded person. Always focus on paycut.
Cons
Strict timings, paycut, delay in salary, no leaves or holidays, Monday to Saturday working, long working hours, lack of employees employer relationship, no trust on employees, toxic work culture, macro management, drity level of politics among team members including top management.
