Pros

Benefits are good, some nice company events and parties, wonderful charity efforts you can be a part of during the holidays, and worked with some great co-workers.

Cons

Where do I even start? Unrealistic sales goals, disorganized (at best) management, the management is cheap and very unwilling to invest in marketing opportunities that would greatly help the company, there is complete unwillingness to take risks. You get a decent package for vacation and sick time but you will be punished for using it more often than not. I've seen good employees that in general do not abuse their time off be written up for various legitimate excuses for missing work (sick child, horrible weather/snow, car accident), there really just isn't much sympathy from the management. To top this all off, this company has the worst turnover of any company I've ever worked at. You are always training someone new, but more than likely they will be out the door again within a few months either because they hired someone incompetent (again) or this person is smart enough to realize they need to move on to a better company. Pretty much everyone that works upstairs reports to the owner's daughter, and let's be real - this is the main cause of the turnover. Very disrespectful of those under her, passive aggressive, and she'll play games with you to get what she wants. No one I've spoken to who worked under her has ever had a very positive opinion.

Pros

It's awesome to have a locally owned company in the Greater Cincinnati area., and the work force is diverse. There's a ton of employee events throughout the year, and a genuine effort is made to give back to the community.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

The annual chili cook-off was always fun and I enjoyed the company of my co-workers for the most part

Cons

First off, the owner and (former) CEO is kind of nuts. Nice guy to your face most of the time but clearly watched too much Fox News. He would regularly stuff pamphlets for COMPANY FUNDED right-wing webinars/guest speaking events in your mailbox that were politically charged at best and borderline neo-Nazi conspiracy propaganda at worst. Turned out the guy was basically running an ultra-conservative think tank out of the auditorium. Maybe if he had redirected some of his funds from his propaganda outfit to the actual company he wouldn't have had to sell/close the place, but alas. HUGE employee turnover and management problem. In my last year there the sales/customer service department alone went through no less than 6-7 managers because they'd either quit or get fired after just a couple of months, usually because of the confusing and unorganized SOPs and terrible senior leadership. Literally could not sell these frames because frankly the product was simply inferior to the competitors. The company demanded sales but put no effort into innovating their products, which were far too expensive for what they were offering. Plus the turnover was so high, training so poor, and pay so low that manufacturing mistakes occurred constantly. Prior to the company being sold off to its new owner in early 2024, the owner called an all-hands meeting one morning and fired nearly everyone on the spot with no warning, completely throwing away what little goodwill the employees had toward the company. You get the idea. Maybe the place has improved since being bought by another company, but if it has the same leadership then I highly doubt it.
