Pros
There are a lot of nice people working here. Turn over is low. People stay here a long time. Job is secure.
Cons
Compensation could be better. If your one of their favorites you'll get a decent raise, then they'll tell you oh sorry there's no more money left in the budget. They tell you what you want to hear to keep you employed. PTO is generous but benefits could be better.
