      Pros

      There are lots of growth opportunities and the culture is great. We even have a Culture Team that is always doing something for us. Teamwork is great and management is supportive.

      Cons

      The company has experienced significant growth which is good but it can be challenging to keep up at times. Also, parking can be an issue.

      The company underpays employees False promises and lack of advancement. Certain groups, consisting of individuals in power, are trying to conspire against other employees. Favoritism runs rampant in the company Non-direct Retaliation
