      Pros

      Great culture. Excellent benefits. Very interesting products, customers and technology. Communicative and supportive management. Profitable and growing. We exceeded our pay-for-performance goal every year that I was there and we also received our full 401k match too.

      Cons

      Growth involves change. And change is difficult. Growth is demanding also.

      The company underpays employees False promises and lack of advancement. Certain groups, consisting of individuals in power, are trying to conspire against other employees. Favoritism runs rampant in the company Non-direct Retaliation
