Pros

Fraktio is a healthy and modern IT Consultancy company. At Fraktio you can be exactly who you are and grow as a person. Lots of place to grow professionally to the direction you want. Structures are being developed continuously to support the non hierarchical way of working where people are seen as whole (and not as money making machines). I have never worked in a company where people truly come first and their wellbeing is taken care of, like really, until now. You can decide where you work from and there's lots of flexibility that of course comes with responsibility. That's why some people return to us after having worked at more hierarchical organisations.

Cons

When doing consultancy work the project lengths vary. When working with many projects simultaneously there might sometimes be a bit too much context switch. But this really depends on what projects you're on. Also, if you're used to hierarchy and want to stay that way, then Fraktio is not your place :D.

Pros

- Transparency in everything - Everyone is considered equal - very flat-hierarchy - Nice projects, people are listened to if you want to change project or go do something else - or if a project doesn't sound up your street at all it's totally fine to say no - General feeling of being cared for and being appreciated for the work you do - One of the best places I've ever worked, the culture is amazing - People seem happy :) - You are supported to learn and grow

Cons

- The only con that comes to mind is salary - which is sadly way below industry average these days :(
