- Each month several of my colleagues were either fired or (occasionally) quit. One was fired just a few days before Christmas. We all communicated fear for our jobs in private conversations. - Unrealistic goals are set that not even management is able to meet. These expectations are used to threaten employees, often bringing up that our employment is on the line. - During holiday stress season, management would make regular announcements in all caps telling everyone to work faster, without giving any guidance on how to do so. - Announcing to the team that there is 'zero-tolerance for family emergencies'. - Success is never rewarded.
