Pros
Wonderful place to work. People are so friendly and welcoming. You can be your total self at work. They are very flexible and forward thinking and offer a tonne of company benefits. Really recognise your strengths too! Loads of people return to Fragomen ldn after leaving to work elsewhere which I think is a really good sign.
Cons
Hybrid working - personally I love working from home but they don’t expect many days in the office so that’s a bit of a compromise you have to make at the moment.
