Pros
Good camaraderie among non-attorney staff. The Firm tries hard to maintain energy and morale when the work starts to overwhelm -- communal baked goods on Fridays, employee appreciation week, holiday potlucks, etc. Good emphasis on community involvement and volunteerism.
Cons
The work is by nature endlessly repetitive; not much chance of change there but worth mentioning. Technology is also a constant struggle. Even when everything is working properly, the systems leave you wanting more in terms of functionality and ease of use.
