-Mostly young employees -Not as uptight as other firms -Lax dress code policy -Responsible for lots of cases
Cons
-Communication is lacking -Internal technology is horribly outdated (operating system, network, etc.) -Understaffed and overworked, leads to high levels of burnout -Minimal room for upward growth -Workers are under appreciated -Hardly any incentives -High turnover rate -Not enough resources -Lower level employees, like AP 1's often get shafted and have to "save face" to the client; are put on the spot a lot
