You actually get to work on real data problems. There’s a lot of hands-on exposure to Spark, SQL optimization, and handling large datasets. People are helpful if you’re stuck, especially senior engineers who’ve been through similar issues. You learn fast here because expectations are real.
Cons
Some pipelines were built earlier without much standardization, so understanding them takes time. You’ll need to figure things out yourself sometimes instead of relying on documentation.
