Pros

Good work environment - some the best experiences of my professional career has been here. Brilliant, passionate and smart folks - especially at A and SA level. Young and vibrant company with majority of the folks in mid-20s to early 30s. Flexibility in terms of work hours, initiatives implementation and career development. Employee friendly policies. Company has gone out of its way to prove itself employee friendly. Good career opportunities with four career tracks.

Cons

Work is good only in some of the projects. Company aggressively promotes itself as an advance analytics company but the fact is that a large part of the work is business reporting and dashboarding which creates dissatisfaction among employees. Senior management - especially the ones based out of US - needs to be more organized. Lack of focus and thought leadership. It is good to be employee friendly but the policy of free movement between projects is costing you clients as they no longer trust you for operational stability. I don't think there has been enough thought given to the price being paid for this. HR is completely screwed up in terms of responsiveness, agility and understanding requirements. Some of the smart folks have not been retained while the ones right now are extremely disappointing.

Pros

The company's client centricity is exceptional, with a deeply embedded focus on delivering value, reflected in a strong and loyal client base built on high levels of trust and credibility. There is a significant commitment to AI research and forward looking capabilities, alongside a clear investment in building a people first culture over time. The company is well regarded in the market with a strong foundation for continued growth

Cons

TMT suffers from ineffective leadership at the helm with little visible effort to grow capabilities or drive meaningful outcomes. Exec contribution to growth is largely absent, making the net impact negative. Cultural values are not consistently reflected in day to day execution. It has a pattern of positioning other teams negatively including Growth, Tech, AI, and PA rather than partnering, which creates real friction with them resulting in loss of opportunities. There is genuine talent within the team being held back by leadership that prioritizes internal politics over building real capability, resulting in shallow vertical capabilities. The gap between what the company expects and what leadership enables the team to deliver is significant and consistently unaddressed
