Open culture, flexible time, young people, & fast growth Great current senior management.
Cons
Outside Senior Management. Culture is the main reason old people are staying & new people are joining. as it grows, fractal is hiring senior people who carries their own style & culture Since they have developed their mindset over longer term & it's kind of stuck in their mind even after joining fractal. It's very natural for a manager to have their team slog more - "appreciating people who come early & leave late" & get credit but not for great founders who wants to build a great company.
