      Pros

      Really great, super nice managers out on the front lines. I cannot say enough positive things about the managers I worked with.

      Cons

      Salaries are consistently at the bottom end of any salary range you find. Including the ones here on Glassdoor. Healthcare plan. What a nightmare. My employment ended in September and I am still trying to figure out why I keep getting bills from items in September. It's Jan 2020 so 4 months later I am still dealing with the high deductible and bills from a surgical procedure. Not great. Not great.

      Thank you for your review. I am not sure where the disconnect is on our health insurance. Foxhole only offers a Cigna PPO which means you have the ability to see any doctor or specialist you choose in or out of network. Cigna has a very large network of providers that are in-network. Also, Foxhole fully funds your medical deductible via a Health Reimbursement Account Program. Our employees are not responsible for paying ANY deductible for in-network services. You were issued a credit card by Foxhole that should have been used to pay the bills you received. Please feel free to reach out to us for any clarification on coverage.

      Pros

      Working at Foxhole is a breath of fresh air. I find the leadership team to be incredibly supportive and flexible - truly understanding what it means to have a work/life balance. The people are generally easy to work with and understand we're all headed toward the same goal. It's a great time to be a part of the company as we grow AND scale. We're also employee-owned (ESOP) which is am amazing benefit not many employers can tout!

      Cons

      Communication between departments could improve, but I believe this is something all remote workforces struggle with to some degree.
