Pros
Small company, stable infrastructure with 85% of business as prime contracts. They pay annual employee bonuses (rare these days) and their benefits are gold standard. They pay 100% of the deductible - unheard of in this day and age.
Cons
We have people in 18 states and Europe so it is difficult to have team building activities where everyone can get to know each other. But they do have 3 different holiday parties in 3 different states at really nice restaurants so most get to participate and socialize.
