      People are super nice and respectful. The company has hired some tremendous talent over the last year to continue building the business. Company leadership are passionate about growing the company while also enjoying the journey along the way. Opportunity to work remote or in the office.

      Pros

      - Great culture with people that care about each other and doing right by the company's goals. - Lots of strong technical expertise. - Good mix of entrepreneurial spirit and moving quickly with proper checks and balances to prevent common mistakes.

      Cons

      - Lots of goals and initiatives can make prioritization conversations difficult and lead to half-implemented solutions.

      Some of the friendliest people are stuck working there.

      Cons

      Micromanagement at it's finest. Everything is "need to know" in the name of "transparency". It's all a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Moving targets (they'll tell you it's because they are a start-up, but 99% of the issues are due to poor leadership)
