      - Great culture with people that care about each other and doing right by the company's goals. - Lots of strong technical expertise. - Good mix of entrepreneurial spirit and moving quickly with proper checks and balances to prevent common mistakes.

      - Lots of goals and initiatives can make prioritization conversations difficult and lead to half-implemented solutions.

      On the forefront of a maturing engineering team where you get to meaningfully contribute and see your work make a direct impact

      Cons

      Still some lingering bad design/architecture practices and choices. But it’s getting better!

      Pros

      Some of the friendliest people are stuck working there.

      Cons

      Micromanagement at it's finest. Everything is "need to know" in the name of "transparency". It's all a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Moving targets (they'll tell you it's because they are a start-up, but 99% of the issues are due to poor leadership)
