Pros
Stable company, some company welfare is good. Many resource can be adopt, and can easily get many vendor information and support.
Cons
Militarized management of whole enterprise. It didn't have any flexible about working hour attendance. Also, network had huge limitation, and it's very difficult to use. Even you send the external (outside the company) the email should let Manager and BG to approval then can be sent. It might cause the time gap, and customer can't receive the email immediately.
