Pros
The good thing about it is the residents and that's why I haven't quit yet.
Cons
The main downside is the way they steal your time and justify it or make it seem like your fault that includes taking 30 min out of each day if you took a break or not,then you have the drama and poor management, and it's just nasty, no matter how much I try to clean it up I can't do it alone one day i askes for a clean mop head ( we share with the kitchen) they didnt have one so he told us to go throw the dirty one in the dishwasher , we didn't. That's just the major stuff.
