Great company, great morals, treats their employees right and genuinely cares about you as a person. They are the kind of company that will help you learn and grow as a person which is important considering they are in a college town.
Cons
I work in the corporate office in Logan. Starting pay is $2 less than Walmart's starting pay. What keeps me here is the great company and the great people. The unfortunate truth is that ultimately I work to support my family, and should I ever need more than I'm making to do that, and not be able to get a raise, I would be at Walmart almost instantly. It would be a lot worse work, and I would hate it, but at the end of the day, my bottom line is supporting my family. The pay just barely allows me to do that.
