Delusional Owner - Portfolio Manager Fox Management (OR) Employee Review

Family Oriented team atmosphere. Working close to the owner and managers was a great way to communicated current job updates and express concerns.

Severe lack of professionalism. Very "clique-y"

They occasionally hire good people.

If you want to be verbally (and possibly physically abused) this is the office for you. Well employed at fox management it was made clear that the owner does not care about employees well-being or the tenants in the units. I witnessed verbal abuse every week. Someone from another management co. warned me she is physically violent. After witnessing how mean she is; I believe it could happen. My two regrets are not leaving sooner and not documenting the illegal HR practices. You don't need the headache. Please, work somewhere else.
